Ramp Supervisor

Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks a Ramp Supervisor to lead daily ramp operations in a fast-paced airport environment. This role supervises ramp agents, coordinates aircraft turns, and ensures safe, on-time ground handling for major airlines. Responsibilities include overseeing baggage and cargo loading, operating and directing ground support equipment, enforcing safety and security procedures, and resolving operational issues. You'll train and coach team members, communicate with flight crews and station leadership, and support a safety-first, inclusive culture with growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule ramp agents during daily operations
• Coordinate safe, on-time aircraft turns and departures
• Oversee baggage, cargo, and ground service equipment handling
• Enforce all safety, security, and regulatory procedures on the ramp
• Train, coach, and evaluate ramp staff performance
• Communicate with airline representatives, flight crews, and station leaders
• Inspect ramp area, equipment, and PPE for compliance and readiness
• Respond to and document incidents, delays, and service issues
• Promote a safety-first, team-oriented culture on the ramp
• Support continuous improvement of ramp processes and on-time performance
