Senior Stakeholder Engagement Analyst

Plains is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Analyst to lead strategic engagement with landowners, communities, regulators, and industry partners across our North American pipeline and terminal network. In this role, you will map and analyze stakeholders, develop engagement plans, and support public meetings and consultations to advance projects and operations. You will partner with operations, legal, HSE, and commercial teams to anticipate issues, manage concerns, and support permitting and compliance. Success requires strong analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation abilities, and a commitment to safety, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder mapping and analysis for pipeline and terminal projects and operations
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Coordinate community meetings, consultations, and regulatory outreach
• Monitor stakeholder issues and risks; recommend mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with operations, legal, HSE, and commercial teams on engagement needs
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership and project teams
• Support permitting, compliance, and environmental stewardship initiatives
• Track engagement metrics and feedback to improve future strategies
