Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1940 per week.

Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Experience working in the ED and Adult ICU is required.

Special Requests: Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios.

Unit Details: Patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatric patients, and geriatric patients. Areas include floors, ED, ICU, pediatrics, pediatric ED, and PACU. Treatments include MDI, Nebs, ABGs, bedside PFTs, NIF, VC, trach, O2 therapy, CPT with flutter manual or vest, CPAP, BiPAP, and HHFNC. Other duties include transporting patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Call is required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
