Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates across international markets using job boards, social media, networks, and recruitment partners.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Review applications and conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate cross-border hiring with hiring managers, HR, and legal teams, including immigration and employment requirements.
• Support offer extension, negotiation, candidate acceptance, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics in ATS systems and report hiring progress and market insights to leadership.
