Construction Supervisor

Levco Management LLC seeks a Construction Supervisor to lead multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects across our portfolio. Based in our collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, this role oversees daily site activities, coordinates contractors, enforces safety, and ensures work meets quality, budget, and schedule targets while minimizing disruption to residents. The Construction Supervisor will interpret plans and scopes, track progress, resolve field issues, and communicate closely with property management and leadership to support Levco's focus on operational efficiency, long-term asset value, and enhanced resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities across multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Interpret plans, scopes, and specifications; verify work meets standards and code requirements
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and report on timelines, issues, and risks to leadership
• Partner with property management to minimize resident disruption and protect the resident experience
• Enforce safety protocols and site compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Support project planning, bidding, and value-engineering opportunities
• Document work with photos, punch lists, and progress reports
