Assistant Store Manager

Lead store sales and daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory control and omnichannel order fulfillment. Train and develop team members, use business reporting to guide decisions, and represent the brand. Requires a bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing routines.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom to support customer service and efficient operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll activities.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, fashion awareness and styling while driving sales.
• Build visual displays, analyze reports, control inventory and fulfill omnichannel orders.
