OTR CDL A Truck Driver

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an OTR CDL A Truck Driver to safely transport foodservice and dairy products to customers across the Western U.S. Based from our Phoenix, AZ operations, you'll run regional and long-haul routes, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries while following DOT, safety, and food-handling standards. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, managing delivery paperwork, and providing courteous, professional service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate OTR CDL A tractor-trailer to deliver foodservice and dairy products to wholesale and foodservice customers across assigned routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure vehicle, refrigeration units, and load are secure and compliant with DOT and company standards
• Load and unload product using pallet jacks or liftgates; verify orders, obtain signatures, and manage delivery documentation accurately
• Maintain on-time delivery schedules while adhering to hours-of-service regulations and all traffic and safety laws
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at delivery sites, resolving basic delivery issues and communicating needs to dispatch
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and operations regarding route status, delays, equipment issues, and customer concerns
• Follow food safety, product handling, and temperature-control requirements throughout transport and delivery
• Complete required logs, electronic records, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
