Group Home Residential Services Manager - Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

The Verland Foundation Inc, a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with severe disabilities, seeks a Residential Manager in Healthcare & Medical Services within Community & Social Services. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily operations of a community residence, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You will implement individual support plans, coordinate medical and therapeutic services, uphold regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate, respectful environment that reflects Verland's culture of dignity and support for all.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a residential home for adults with severe disabilities
• Supervise, train, and schedule Direct Support Professionals
• Ensure implementation and documentation of individual support plans
• Maintain compliance with healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate medical appointments, therapies, and community activities
• Support residents with ADLs while promoting dignity and independence
• Monitor budgets, house supplies, and medication administration
• Foster a compassionate, respectful home environment aligned with Verland's mission
