Director of Premium

As Director of Premium at Florida State University for Aramark, you will lead all premium hospitality operations for clubs, suites, and VIP experiences on campus. You'll oversee food and beverage service, guest experience, event execution, and financial performance, ensuring best-in-class service for fans, alumni, and special guests. Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting, and inventory; leading and developing a diverse team; partnering with university and athletics stakeholders; ensuring compliance with safety, health, and alcohol regulations; and driving innovation in menus, service models, and premium offerings to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead premium hospitality operations for clubs, suites, and VIP areas at Florida State University
• Oversee food and beverage quality, guest experience, and event execution

• Supervise, train, and develop a diverse operations and service team
• Collaborate with university, athletics, and vendor partners to align service goals

• Optimize inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet profit targets
• Drive innovation in menus, service models, and premium offerings
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Support recruiting, scheduling, and performance management for staff
