Automotive Detailer

As an Automobile Detailer at CarMax, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are meticulously cleaned and detailed according to our high standards, providing customers with a pristine, showroom-ready product. Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing
• Perform interior deep cleaning of vehicles, which includes vacuuming, shampooing upholstery and carpets
• Inspect vehicles for any visible defects, such as dents or scratches and report them
• Apply protective agents to preserve or restore vehicle condition
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment
• Manage supply inventory and request materials as necessary
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, buffers, and other detailing equipment
• Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize vehicles that need detailing
