Fluids Engineer

CNH Industrial is seeking a Fluids Engineer to design and optimize hydraulic and fluid systems for advanced agricultural and construction equipment. In this role you will model, simulate, and analyze fluid power and thermal performance, then translate insights into robust, sustainable designs. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to integrate systems into vehicles, develop and execute lab and field test plans, and support troubleshooting on current products. This hybrid position offers exposure to global teams, advanced tools, and innovation-focused, sustainability-driven projects in a leading manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize hydraulic and fluid systems for agricultural and construction equipment
• Perform simulations, modeling, and analysis of fluid power and thermal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fluid systems into vehicle platforms
• Develop and validate test plans, execute lab and field testing, and analyze results
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of existing products
• Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and advanced technology projects in fluid systems
