Residential Real Estate Agent

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty seeks a motivated Residential Real Estate Agent to serve buyers and sellers across North Central Pennsylvania. In this client-facing role, you'll prospect and qualify leads, conduct listing presentations, price and market properties, schedule and host showings, and guide clients through offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings. You'll leverage Berkshire Hathaway tools, training, and brand recognition to grow your business, using MLS, CRM, and digital marketing platforms to manage pipelines. Collaboration, local market expertise, ethical practice, and community presence are essential to long-term success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and qualify buyer and seller leads through online, referral, and community channels
• Conduct listing presentations, advise on pricing strategy, and prepare properties for market
• Create and execute marketing plans using MLS, social media, email, and print advertising
• Schedule and host showings, open houses, and private tours for prospective buyers
• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and other transaction milestones through closing
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in CRM and brokerage systems
• Continuously research and interpret local market trends, inventory, and pricing data
• Uphold legal, ethical, and fair housing standards in all client interactions
• Participate in brokerage training, meetings, and community events to grow business
