Service Charge Manager

We are working with a Housing Association based in Swansea who are looking for a Service Charge Manager to join their team on a permanent contract. This role is WFH with occasional commute to the office. Salary: £46,921 - £50,000 Service Charge Manager responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategy and associated policies for service charges across all tenure types. Ensure residents receive a high-quality service that reflects the needs and requirements of their property and estate. Including leading on consultations in relation to services provided.
