Residential Window Installer

Renuity is seeking experienced 1099 Window Installers to complete high-quality residential window replacement projects. As an independent installer, you'll remove old units, prep openings, and install new windows to manufacturer specs, ensuring proper fit, insulation, and weatherproofing. Responsibilities include jobsite prep, safe use of tools, clean and detailed finishes, and courteous homeowner interaction. You'll coordinate with Renuity's local team for scheduling, materials, and punch-list completion while upholding safety standards, timelines, and a professional, customer-first experience on every project.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement residential windows to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Remove existing windows, prep openings, and ensure proper flashing, insulation, and sealing
• Use hand and power tools safely to cut, anchor, shim, and trim windows
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite in occupied homes, protecting customer property
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about scope, timelines, and basic product use
• Review work orders, verify measurements, materials, and job details before starting
• Coordinate with Renuity's local team for scheduling, materials, and punch-list resolution
• Inspect completed work for quality, operation, and weather-tight performance
• Comply with all safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines
• Document work completed and report issues or change orders promptly
