Electrical Superintendent – Virginia Beach, VANext Level Technician is hiring experienced Electrical Conveyance Superintendents in Virginia Beach, VA.Pay: $40–$50/hr DOEResponsibilitiesOversee conveyance/pathway scope onsiteManage Leads and field crewsPlan daily manpower, sequencing and work frontsOversee basket tray, conduit/pipe, supports and pathway installationsRead and interpret construction drawingsCoordinate routing, elevations and penetrationsCoordinate with Project Managers, the GC and other tradesTrack production, manpower, materials and scheduleMaintain QA/QC standardsIdentify and resolve field constraintsMaintain accurate red-lines and as-built documentationEnsure crews are working from current drawing revisionsEnforce project and OSHA safety requirementsRequirements5+ years commercial construction or low voltage experience2+ years field leadership experienceStrong conveyance/pathway experienceExperience managing Leads and field crewsAbility to read prints and coordinate field layoutStrong manpower planning and scheduling skillsExperience coordinating with GCs and other tradesStrong safety and QA/QC backgroundOSHA 30 requiredPlanGrid, Procore, or similar construction software experience preferredData center or large industrial/commercial experience preferredWhy Work with Next Level Technician in Virginia Beach?Weekly Pay$40–$50/hr DOEPTO and medical benefitsSign-on & referral bonusesCareer growthDedicated recruiter supportNext Level Technician connects job-ready professionals with top employers nationwide.
