Cargill is seeking a Refrigeration Technician II to help keep our manufacturing operations safe, efficient, and reliable. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration systems and associated equipment. You'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, monitor system performance, and document completed work. Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults; determine root causes and complete repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance, equipment testing, and operational checks to support reliable production.
- Monitor refrigerant levels and system performance, documenting work and reporting safety or equipment concerns.
- Follow applicable safety procedures and environmental requirements, including safe refrigerant handling.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
