Security Shift Supervisor

Securitas is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead on-site security operations within our Security & Law Enforcement team. In this role, you will supervise security officers, coordinate post assignments, and ensure adherence to client procedures and Securitas standards. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring access control and CCTV, responding to incidents, writing detailed reports, and serving as the primary client contact during your shift. You will coach and train officers, support investigations, enforce safety policies, and model our core values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct security officers during assigned shifts
• Coordinate post assignments, briefings, and shift handoffs
• Conduct patrols and monitor access control and CCTV systems
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and take appropriate action
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Ensure compliance with client procedures and Securitas policies
• Coach, train, and mentor security officers on performance and procedures
• Serve as primary client contact during the shift and address concerns
• Support basic investigations and preserve evidence as directed
• Promote a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment
