Facility Maintenance Coordinator - Distribution Center

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support reliable operations at our wholesale food distribution facilities. In this role, you will schedule and track preventive maintenance for material-handling equipment, building systems, and refrigeration, coordinate vendor work, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime. You'll maintain records, manage work orders and parts, support safety and compliance, and partner closely with warehouse and transportation leaders. Responsibilities

• Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance for facility and warehouse equipment
• Create, assign, and close work orders in a CMMS or similar system
• Coordinate and monitor vendor services and repair contractors
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation
• Manage parts and supplies inventory to support timely repairs
• Support safety programs and ensure adherence to company and OSHA standards
• Communicate maintenance plans and issues with operations and transportation leaders
• Assist with basic inspections and follow-up on corrective actions
