Facility Maintenance Director

Direct the MX Maintenance System and related applications across company facilities. Lead system implementation, data migration, testing, program changes, training and standardization while coordinating with asset management, inventory, purchasing and control systems teams. Manage staff, report program metrics to senior management and support facilities with system issues.

Responsibilities

• Direct the MX Maintenance System and administer program changes to meet facility needs and company goals.
• Coordinate with asset management, inventory management and purchasing to develop the maintenance program.
• Implement the MX system across facilities and oversee migration of legacy facility data.
• Test system functionality and support selection of maintenance and inventory management technologies.
• Train facility users, standardize program use and help resolve local system and reporting issues.
• Manage staff, ensure adequate programming and support resources, and report key metrics to senior management.
