Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - Rodeo

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Moncler store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. The role works across the sales floor and back of house, supporting client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and service during high-volume periods.
• Retrieve merchandise, replenish products, and support stock movement between the back of house and sales floor.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, inventory activities, and maintaining organized store areas.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Dependable, flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days during the seasonal employment period.
