Responsibilities for a Quality Inspector include but are not limited to:
- Review and inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and ultrasonic thickness testers to verify product conformance.
- Handle non-conforming materials including identification and disposition, while reviewing incoming material test reports to ensure full compliance with customer and industry specifications.
- Maintain knowledge of quality standards including AS9100D, AS9120B, and ISO 9001:2015, adhere to internal work instructions, and assist with conducting internal quality audits.
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems and standards such as AS9100D, AS9120B, or ISO 9001:2015, paired with basic computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Preferred experience in the aerospace industry, specifically working with sheet, plate, or titanium materials.
- Pay: $30.82 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (2nd shift)
