Local CDL A Truck Driver

TransForce Inc. seeks a safety focused CDL A Local Driver to support our transportation and logistics clients. This role provides steady, local routes with consistent home time, moving freight between customer locations and terminals. You will conduct thorough pre and post trip inspections, follow FMCSA and company safety policies, and maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork. As a professional representative of TransForce, you'll deliver excellent service, communicate with dispatch, and uphold high standards of reliability and integrity on every route.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A tractor trailer on local routes for Trans
• Force clients
• Perform pre and post trip inspections and document findings
• Comply with FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and issues
• Secure and handle freight safely to prevent damage or loss
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers and facility staff
• Report equipment defects, incidents, and safety concerns promptly
• Adhere to assigned schedules and on time delivery expectations
• Represent Trans
• Force with integrity, professionalism, and accountability
