MEP Superintendent Needed | Miami, FLI'm working with a well-capitalized developer/general contractor delivering one of the most high-profile mixed-use high-rise developments currently under construction in South Florida.We're looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and commissioning activities from rough-in through turnover on a complex vertical construction project.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.What you'll be doing:Lead MEP field operations on a large-scale high-rise developmentCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspections, and utility providersDrive quality, safety, schedule, and turnover milestonesWork closely with Project Management, Design, and Ownership teamsManage testing, commissioning, and closeout activitiesResolve field coordination issues across multiple tradesWhat we're looking for:Proven MEP Superintendent experience on high-rise, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, or large commercial projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systemsExperience managing complex subcontractor coordinationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced xhyhwjd environment with demanding schedulesStable project history and a hands-on leadership styleWhy this opportunity?
