Senior Distribution Center Manager

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sr DC Manager to lead operations in a high-volume retail distribution center. You will oversee inbound, outbound and inventory functions, driving safety, accuracy and productivity across multiple shifts. Partner with cross-functional leaders to support store and e-commerce fulfillment, optimize labor and workflow, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will coach and develop supervisors and associates, champion an inclusive, guest-obsessed culture, ensure KPI performance, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for inbound, outbound and inventory within the distribution center.
• Manage and develop supervisors and associates, driving engagement, performance and safety.
• Monitor KPIs for productivity, accuracy, cost and service, implementing action plans as needed.
• Optimize labor planning, workflow and slotting to support store and e-commerce demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, OSHA and company standards.
• Partner with transportation, supply chain, stores and e-commerce teams to meet service goals.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis and Lean tools.
• Oversee maintenance of WMS integrity and inventory accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control for DC operations.
• Champion Ulta Beauty's inclusive, guest-obsessed culture and support change initiatives.
