Director of Finance & Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Miller Vein, a physician-led Michigan practice specializing in minimally invasive vein care, seeks a Director of Finance and Revenue Cycle to lead financial strategy and optimize reimbursement. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle operations, payer contracting, billing accuracy, and KPI reporting. Partner with physicians and leadership to support growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve cash flow. Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for Miller Vein
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Direct revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and denials management
• Optimize payer contracting, reimbursement, and fee schedules
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards in financial and billing practices
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and dashboards for leadership
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders on growth and service-line decisions
• Manage finance and revenue cycle staff, including coaching and performance
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce days in A/RSupport technology initiatives related to EHR and practice management systems
