Sr Project Manager

Exelon is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead complex grid modernization and clean energy initiatives. In this role, you will oversee full project lifecycles-from scoping and planning through execution and closeout-ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risks; coordinate cross-functional engineering, IT, and operations teams; and engage stakeholders and vendors. You will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement while delivering innovative, customer-focused energy solutions across Exelon's utility regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large grid modernization and clean energy projects
• Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues and implement mitigation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, IT, and operations teams
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and contracts
• Communicate status to executives, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects
