Facility Maintenance Supervisor - Automotive

Cox Automotive is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor for Manheim Dallas to lead on-site building and grounds maintenance in a fast-paced automotive remarketing environment. In this role, you will oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems, ensuring safe, reliable operations that support auction activities. You will manage work orders, vendors, and inventory, while supervising a small maintenance team. Partner with operations leaders to minimize downtime, uphold safety and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement at a people-first, innovative company.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility and grounds maintenance at Manheim Dallas auction operations
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for building, equipment, and systems
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, coordinating vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts and supplies
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians, setting priorities and monitoring quality
• Support operational uptime for auction and remarketing activities
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and contractor quotes for facility projects
