Lead Environmental Services Supervisor - Hospitality Facilities

As a Lead Environmental Services Worker at Aramark, you'll support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff in a fast-paced accommodation and food services setting. You will perform and coordinate daily cleaning, disinfecting, waste removal, and floor care while guiding a team of EVS workers. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training team members, inspecting work, and ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and chemical-handling standards. Responsibilities

• Lead daily environmental services operations to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities
• Assign, train, and guide EVS staff, providing on-the-job coaching and feedback
• Perform and oversee cleaning, disinfecting, waste removal, and floor care tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and chemical-handling procedures
• Inspect work areas, document quality checks, and address service issues promptly
• Coordinate supply and equipment use, reporting maintenance or inventory needs
• Model Aramark service standards, professionalism, and customer-focused behavior
• Support onboarding of new team members and reinforce standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with supervisors and clients to meet service level expectations
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
