Mental Health Therapist

The Institute for Personal Growth (IPG) is seeking a New Jersey-licensed psychotherapist to work with adolescents, adults, and couples for 5-25 hours per week, virtually and/or at our offices in Freehold, Highland Park, and/or Jersey City, NJ.

Starting compensation: $50-$95 per hour.

We are a supervision- and training-based practice that provides opportunities to strengthen your existing clinical skills or develop expertise in specialized areas, including:

Couples and family therapy
LGBTQI+ issues
Eating disorders
Sex therapy

LSWs, LCSWs, LACs, LPCs, and LMFTs are welcome to apply. Free supervision is provided. Bilingual Spanish/English clinicians are especially encouraged to apply.

This is a fee-for-service position with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. Full-time therapists see approximately 25 clients per week and receive health/dental benefits and a 401(k).
