Description:
Client is seeking a Fraud Representative to handle inbound calls and assist customers with potential fraud concerns. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, investigating issues, resolving inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent military experience.
- Proficiency with Chromebooks, dual monitors, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and type while speaking with customers.
- Must live within 60 miles or 60 minutes of the Cincinnati hub.
- Availability to work between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, including one weekend day (5 working days per week).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Quiet, distraction-free remote workspace required.
- Must pass the required background investigation and fingerprinting.
- Must meet Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Call center and remote work experience.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time-management skills.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $22.50 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate .
