Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Exterior Restoration

Generate business through door-to-door outreach, company-provided leads, networking and referrals. Inspect roofs and other exterior areas, document conditions, explain repair and replacement options, and guide homeowners through insurance claims or retail quotes. Manage customer relationships, follow-ups and sales activity in the company CRM while working throughout the assigned field territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking and referrals.
• Work company-provided leads and maintain a self-generated sales pipeline.
• Inspect roofs and exterior areas, measure project areas and document property conditions.
• Explain exterior improvement options, insurance claims processes, retail pricing and financing.
• Build customer relationships, follow up on proposals and resolve client concerns.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records and report market updates to sales leadership.
