Car Wash Shift Supervisor

Silverstar Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Team Lead to guide daily operations at our fast-paced, exterior express wash. You'll lead by example on the lot-welcoming customers, helping with memberships, and ensuring quick, consistent, high-quality washes. Responsibilities include supporting and coaching team members, monitoring safety and cleanliness, assisting with scheduling, and handling basic cash and POS tasks. This hands-on role offers leadership development, performance-based recognition, and clear opportunities to grow into management in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily car wash operations and support a small team on shift.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and handle questions or concerns.
• Monitor wash quality, safety, and cleanliness standards inside and outside the site.
• Operate POS, handle cash/transactions, and manage memberships.
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage.
• Train and coach new and existing team members on procedures and service standards.
• Perform basic equipment checks and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff.
• Track basic performance indicators and communicate issues to management.
