Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, balance and gait training, and patient/family education. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and support safe discharges.
