Automotive Lot Attendant

Roush Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Porter to support our busy Central Ohio dealerships. In this field-based role, you will move, park, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles, prepare them for test drives and delivery, and help keep the lot clean, safe, and customer-ready. You'll assist the sales team by staging vehicles, handling basic cleaning, and supporting dealership events. Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles on the lot for optimal display
• Assist sales team by preparing vehicles for test drives and customer deliveries
• Maintain lot appearance, including cleaning, signage, and inventory organization
• Perform basic vehicle cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and exterior touch-ups
• Conduct vehicle checks for fuel levels, battery status, and obvious safety issues
• Support dealership events and promotions by staging vehicles and lot setups
• Assist with inventory tagging, key control, and vehicle location tracking
• Provide courteous assistance to customers on the lot and direct them to sales staff
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations within the auto group
• Follow all dealership, safety, and driving policies and procedures
