Ready to Grow Your ABA Career With a Team That Invests in You?

Autism 360 is growing and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team!

If you love helping children with autism reach meaningful milestones—but also want strong mentorship, manageable caseloads, opportunities to grow, and a team that genuinely supports one another—this could be the next step you've been looking for.

And if becoming a BCBA is part of your career plan, even better. We offer FREE BCBA supervision hours, including unrestricted hours that can be accrued during your workday!

What You'll Do

As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only with our learners and families, but with the team members you support.

You'll:

  • Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training
  • Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies
  • Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness
  • Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners AND team members can thrive
Why You'll Love Autism 360

We believe great clinicians deserve great support. Our benefits include:

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • 3 weeks of PTO + paid holidays
  • FREE BCBA supervision hours — including unrestricted hours accrued during work hours
  • In-house CEUs and professional development
  • Mentorship and opportunities for career growth
  • Company laptop + electronic data collection systems
  • Employee referral bonus program
  • Relocation stipend available
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings both strong clinical skills and a heart for working with children and families.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Current BCaBA certification
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles
  • The ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships
  • A passion for helping both learners and team members grow
Your Next Chapter Could Start Here

At Autism 360, we're building more than ABA programs—we're building teams where clinicians can learn, lead, grow, and make a meaningful difference every day.

If you're looking for a BCaBA opportunity where you can strengthen your clinical skills, receive mentorship toward your BCBA, and be part of a supportive and growing organization, we'd love to meet you.
