Spray Equipment Maintenance Technician

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Spray Equipment Repairer & Coordinator to service, troubleshoot and repair spray and finishing equipment for manufacturing and customer operations. In this on-site role, you will diagnose mechanical and pneumatic issues, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs and parts, and support equipment installs and upgrades. You'll document work, ensure safety and quality standards, and communicate with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair spray and finishing equipment in manufacturing and customer locations
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Coordinate service requests, parts ordering, and repair logistics
• Assist with installation, setup, and upgrades of spray systems and related components
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and equipment histories
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards
• Support internal teams and customers with equipment training and technical guidance
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to equipment reliability and performance
