Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities at a residential community to support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, preparing leases, supporting move-ins and renewals, monitoring market conditions, conducting marketing outreach, and maintaining accurate leasing records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit and background screening, and prepare lease and move-in documents.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate outstanding readiness items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions and support marketing plans, outreach, and referral programs.
• Use property management software to track availability, prospects, residents, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents and prepare and deliver lease renewal packages.
