Bingo Cafe Cook

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Bingo Cafe Cook to prepare and cook made-to-order menu items for our busy Bingo Café. In this on-site kitchen role, you'll handle line cooking, food prep, grill and fryer operation, and plating to brand standards. You'll follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support smooth service during peak bingo sessions. Working in a fast-paced, guest-first culture, you'll collaborate with teammates, uphold tribal values of respect and community, and enjoy growth opportunities within our resort and casino operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for the Bingo Café to recipe and portion standards
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
• Set up, stock, and break down the line and prep stations before and after shifts
• Coordinate ticket flow to ensure timely service during peak bingo sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, including dishes and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to support excellent guest service
• Follow resort, casino, and tribal policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development to support growth within the resort and casino
