Area Recruitment Specialist

Supports full-cycle recruiting across assigned markets by sourcing and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and developing community partnerships that strengthen applicant pipelines. Tracks recruiting activity and metrics, supports hiring events, and collaborates with recruiters and operational leaders to meet staffing needs. This hybrid role requires regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, orientations, and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and workforce partners.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking functions, and community events.
• Track candidate statuses, screening progress, recruiting metrics, and OPR accuracy.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operational leaders to improve applicant flow and hiring processes.
