Medford, OR - Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner Availability Needed Providers Needed 
- Multiple Family Nurse Practitioners
- Permanent
- Outpatient Only
- Community Health Center / FQHC Setting
- Monday-Friday
- 8-hour day shifts
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
- Active Nurse Practitioner License
- Minimum 3+ years of post-training clinical experience
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Primary Care / Family Medicine experience
- Comfortable practicing independently when needed
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Outpatient only
- Must be comfortable working solo, as needed
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Primary Care
- Behavioral Health
- Dental Services
- EPIC
- Established community health organization with 30+ years of service
- 6+ clinic locations in the region
- Team includes 30+ Primary Care Physicians and APPs
- Mission-driven organization focused on culturally appropriate and affordable healthcare

- Must be comfortable managing patients independently when necessary
