Software Development Engineer II, Agentic WorkSpaces Client

Design, build, and operate customer-facing native and web client capabilities for Amazon WorkSpaces and emerging agentic workloads. Own features from design through production, including secure connectivity, cross-platform architecture, performance, software updates, telemetry, and integrations. Collaborate across AWS to deliver reliable, secure client experiences for enterprise users and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design and build customer-facing capabilities across native and web clients.
• Develop secure session connectivity and client lifecycle features.
• Contribute to cross-platform architecture and improve client performance and user experience.
• Build software updates, operational telemetry, and integrations for human and agentic workflows.
• Own features from design through production and support their operation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in customer-managed environments while upholding security and reliability.
