Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly of catering carts, meals, beverages, and service items.
• Verify orders against visual diagrams and dispatch sheets.
• Monitor production lines for quality, timing, and readiness.
• Manage team workflows to meet delivery deadlines.
• Lead commercial dishwashing operations and ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain department cleanliness and manage waste, production flow, and turnaround times.
