Household Manager

Manage household organization and upkeep, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, inventory, errands, and coordination of vendors and repairs. Support family routines and occasional childcare needs, including emergency pickups and backup care. Avoid shellfish in all meal planning due to a severe allergy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization systems, daily resets, weekly cleaning, deep cleaning, seasonal swaps, and special projects.
• Manage laundry, garment care, and household linens.
• Prepare 2-3 family dinners weekly, prepare snacks, and shop for groceries while avoiding shellfish.
• Track household inventory, place orders, manage returns, recycling, mail, and packages.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, vendors, repairs, and outdoor upkeep.
• Support family routines, chore systems, kid-related errands, emergency pickups, and backup childcare.
