Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Construction Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects that power AWS's global cloud. In this high-ownership role, you will manage full project lifecycle-from scoping, budgeting, and scheduling through execution and handover-ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with design, infrastructure, and operations teams, direct general contractors and vendors, and apply data-driven metrics to optimize cost and performance. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction projects for AWSOversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to meet safety, quality, and capacity targets
• Manage general contractors, vendors, and consultants; negotiate scopes, change orders, and timelines
• Coordinate with design, infrastructure, network, and operations teams to align technical requirements
• Implement rigorous QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with building codes and AWS standards
• Monitor site performance using data and metrics; drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
• Identify and mitigate construction, safety, and schedule risks across multiple concurrent projects
• Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure all work adheres to environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior construction managers and contribute to scaling best practices globally
