R&D Program Coordinator

Marvin is seeking an R&D Program Coordinator to support innovation across our premium window, door, and skylight portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate research and development projects, track milestones, prepare status reports, and support cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and product management. You'll maintain project documentation, monitor budgets and timelines, and help identify risks and process improvements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys organizing complex work, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to high-quality, sustainable building solutions in a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate R&D project plans, timelines, and milestones for multiple initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and product management.
• Track budgets, resources, and deliverables; escalate issues and risks as needed.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, changes, and lessons learned.
• Assist with process improvement efforts within the R&D program portfolio.
• Support testing, data collection, and analysis to inform product decisions.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups for R&D program governance.
