Senior Cybersecurity Architect

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to design and govern secure architectures for our wholesale distribution platforms across North America. You will define security standards, lead zero-trust and cloud security initiatives, and partner with IT, supply chain, and sales technology teams to protect critical systems and data. Responsibilities include threat modeling, identity and access management strategy, network segmentation, and security controls for SaaS, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You'll mentor engineers, support audits, and ensure compliance while enabling fast, customer-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture for hybrid cloud and on-prem systems
• Define and enforce security standards, patterns, and reference architectures
• Lead zero-trust, cloud security, and network segmentation initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling for critical business platforms
• Guide IAM strategy, including role design and privileged access controls
• Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and business teams to embed security into solutions
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and security governance processes
• Mentor engineers and analysts on secure design and best practices
