Senior Contract Specialist - Manufacturing Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for goods and services supporting manufacturing operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier, service, and tooling agreements
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain on sourcing strategies
• Analyze total cost of ownership and identify savings opportunities
• Monitor supplier performance, risks, and contract adherence
• Maintain accurate contract records and data in ERP/procurement systems
• Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and standards
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and best practices
• Contribute to Honda's safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture
