Base Salary: $80,000-$110,000 annually

I'm partnering with an established Phoenix litigation practice to identify an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal seeking competitive compensation, a flexible hybrid schedule, and exposure to sophisticated litigation matters. The practice has a longstanding presence in Arizona's legal community, with experience representing insurance carriers, businesses, professionals, and other clients in complex legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with insurance defense and general litigation matters.
- Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and monitor important deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related activities.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense, general defense, or a related litigation practice.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures, discovery, case management, and legal documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
