The Irving Law Firm is continuing to grow! We are looking for TWO candidates to join our amazing team. Our ideal candidates have at least 3-5 years' experience in either Family Law or Civil Law. These roles are flexible to seat at either our Manassas or Arlington offices.
Our Family Law team is looking for someone able and willing to support all aspects of the family law legal journey, from Prenuptial Agreements to full Equitable Distribution Divorce hearings, with a confidence to litigate or settle as appropriate for our clients. We have a particular need for someone willing to support our continued growth in Loudoun and Fairfax Counties, in addition to our other jurisdictions.
Our Civil Law team is ideally looking for a litigator able to handle General District and Circuit Court trials on real estate disputes, partitions, unlawful detainers, business and contract disputes, shareholder litigation, and estate/fiduciary/breach of duty claims; however, we also have a large clientele base needing in-office support for drafting contracts, leases, and settlement agreements as well.

Salary is competitive and highly dependent on experience; anticipated ranges for these positions are $105,000 to $140,000+ dependent on experience and any book of business you can bring.
