This role focuses on building relationships with homeowners to acquire properties, while also engaging with investors to ensure deals meet their criteria. Daily activities include attending property evaluations, following up with homeowners, cold calling targeted lists, and maintaining an organized CRM with up-to-date notes and tasks. Success in this position requires strong communication, proactive prospecting, consistent appointment attendance, and effective time management.
